Inspection & Field Services

• ConstructZoom’s National Network of Professional Construction Inspectors are dispatched to each project to complete a comprehensive assessment of the subject property’s up-to-date construction progress.
• We provide a status inspection evaluating the overall completion of the project based on the pre-defined construction budget and after completion specifications.
• The inspection data includes percentage of completion by each line item, in addition to the project’s overall level of completion.
• Draw inspections coordinated with draw mangement services
• Digital photographs of the entire project accompany the inspection findings connecting the project status to a visual confirmation of work-in-place.
• Status inspections are offered as a stand-alone product for internal lenders use or as part of the total risk management services provided through our other services.
